WHO WE ARE

Catie Bishop, originally from upstate New York, has built a diverse skillset throughout her career across the U.S. After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from UConn, she followed her father and grandfather’s footsteps into commercial construction management. Catie spent four years managing construction projects ($4M - $75M) in Colorado before moving to North Carolina to pursue an MBA at Duke.

Post-Duke, she spent three years in Chicago as a manufacturing consultant, working across industries like aerospace, distribution, tires, and food. Catie then shifted gears to Austin, TX, where she spent over four years at Realtor.com, overseeing three businesses, including a data marketplace, niche real estate sites, and a third-party lead purchasing operation.

Now back in North Carolina, Catie is focused on positively impacting her community through the business she acquires and operates. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her German Shepherd, Wyatt, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with family and friends.
